Refund policy

Change of mind: Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided for change of mind or if you have made a wrong purchase. 

Product images: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of the products that appear on the Site. Please note that product images are for illustration purposes only and that the actual product and product packaging may differ slightly.

• Saaket Foods & Speciality offers a 5-day return policy on selected non-perishable items. To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must be unused and must be returned with the original packaging including any manufacturer boxes, manuals, warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.
• No refunds or exchanges will be provided for goods sold as “Clearance Goods or Monthly Specials”.
• Proof of purchase is required for a return or a refund.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Postage charges for returns or refunds are to be borne by the customer.

For items of higher value, we recommend that you insure your return shipment. Please use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.
